Welcome to the GLO Hair & Beauty website. By accessing or using our website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone or in person.We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other appointments.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment value.

Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation is made outside our cancellation policy.

3. Deposits

Certain services require a deposit when booking.

Deposits will be deducted from your final bill.

If you cancel within the required notice period, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment at our discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price confirmed at the time of booking will normally apply.

5. Colour Services

Clients booking colour services may be required to complete a skin test in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Failure to complete a required skin test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

6. Results

While every effort is made to achieve your desired result, outcomes may vary depending on your hair condition, previous colour history and home care.

We cannot guarantee identical results from photographs or inspiration images.

7. Retail Products

Retail products may only be returned if faulty or damaged in accordance with your statutory rights.

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.Gift vouchers must be presented before payment.

9. Personal Belongings

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while visiting the salon.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Website Use

All website content, including images, logos and text, is the property of GLO Hair & Beauty and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
